Job Description:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for mid-mile and last-mile deliveries.
- Scan and prepare airway bills
- Ensure accurate, complete and proper documentation and labeling of shipments before dispatch.
- Track shipments using GPS and other tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility.
- Proactively identity and resolve delivery issues, including route changes, delays, and customer escalations
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments, delivery times, returns, undelivered shipments using Excel or WMS
Position specifications/Selection
Criteria - Bachelor / Diploma holder
- 1-2 years experience in courier delivery field
- Must have prior experience as Dispatched or ground staff for any global delivery company like DHL, Aramex or FedEx (Can be currently employed or previously employed by such companies)
- Proficiency in EXCEL
- Communication skills in English
- Male, Age below 35
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hub environment.
Service Charge: $1650 (visa, ticket, and recruitment fee included)
