1- Erection Foreman: Salary 215kd + 15kd feeding allowance/ #1,219,000 (monthly)
allowance + accommodation + Over time pay if required more than 8 hours.
Skills
a. Able to read structural steel erection drawings.
b. Able to follow up the schedule with the manpower at site with required safety
s t a n d a r d s a n d erection tools.
c. Able to follow up work at height.
Fabrication foreman
- Fabrication foreman: salary- 250kd + 15kd (#1,457,000) + feeding allowance + Accommodation + Overtime – As Applicable
Skills
- Must be Self Motivated and work Independently.
- Lead a team of Fabricators, Fitters, Welders and Helpers.
- Must be able to read, Understand Structural drawings and guide his team in Fabrication, Lay out / Jig Preparation ext.
- Should Fallow Daily Production and complete given Targets.
- Must be familiar with Quality
